My dad told me last week, “In order to be a leader to others you should begin by Knowing yourself, …how? be a leader to a horse”. Firstly I couldnt understand, but i guess now I know why.
Today I joined Smart Rider! Programme at Horse Valley Permas Jaya. Abang Baihaqi introduced me to Kak Rita, a 22 yo Australian breed pony.
He also showed me to horse lead ropes or horse lead. Here I tried to walk with Kak Rita forth, turn, back…it was fun but sometimes challenging. I couldnt command her to follow my order 🙁
Abg Baihaqi told be that horse needs a leader. “Kak Rita needs a leader Ariana, so be one”. I started to be firm and decisive…now Kak Rita starts to follow my commands….Love it.
